6 Months Later (:

Time flies when you're having fun, right?
Six months ago today, Trev and I tied the knot and took the plunge into the thing called "marriage."
(I know, I'm one of those obnoxious people who celebrates even the littlest of milestones.)
(Some celebrities haven't even been able to stay married for six months, so I'd say it's a milestone.)
To be honest, I chose the perfect man to take the plunge with.
I love being married.
I love being with my best friend 24/7.
I love being in love.
I love being able to plan our lives together, and know he's with me through thick and thin.
I love my husband.
No, it's not all happiness and utter bliss all the time.
Marriage is the hardest thing we've ever done in our entire lives.
But as Trev says, "This is the most rewarding and fun and enjoyable thing I've ever done."
And it is.
Happy six months, babe. Here's to many more.
Soon we'll be married for a year.
Then five years.
Then ten years.
And then twenty and thirty years!
I can't wait for the rest of my life with you.
I love you!
P.S. Update on 14 Days of Love: Trev is LOVING the gifts and the extra attention I'm giving him. Yesterday's gift was a pack of gum with the tag "Hey Valentine, why don't you chews me to be yours?" and today's was a bottle of Calypso pink lemonade with a "Love Potion No. 9" tag. He keeps telling me what an awesome wife I am and that he is so thankful to have me. What a guy. (:

P.P.S. It's a good thing I'm not an alcoholic, or a die-hard Broncos fan for that matter, because last night's game was ugly. Like really, Broncos, where the hell was that amazing offense you had all season? Did you realize you were playing in the freaking Superbowl? My husband told me I was like a man because of how much I yell and curse at the TV. Our roles definitely swap when we watch football, haha. I was rooting for them for my man Peyton Manning, but kudos to the Seahawks, they played an amazing game. Can't wait for next season of football, my Colts are going to kick some ass. (:
