It's that time that we spend cuddling on the couch, laughing our asses off and discussing the show, that I really look forward to.
Just me and Trev, and Netflix: it's such a nice life to live.
We've watched The Office, Touch, Family Guy, American Dad, The Cleveland Show, we've started 24, The Walking Dead, Suite Life of Zach & Cody (sometimes we're little kids at heart), and a couple of others that I can't think of right now.
Don't start adding up all the episodes in each of those shows; we know we are fat for a reason.
Lately we started watching How I Met Your Mother, after hearing many of my friends rave about the show for years.
Now I understand why.
We hauled ass through 7 seasons; and now, with season 8 on Netflix, we'll get through that and start watching the ninth and final season that's on CBS right now.
It's a show that makes you laugh, makes you cry, teaches you lessons, and makes you love the characters.
We keep telling Trev's mom Michelle that she should start watching it, but Michelle can't get over the fact that Neil Patrick Harris *swoon* plays a womanizer, when in real life he's gay.
Majority of the time, Trev and I forget that he's gay. I might have a small infatuation with the man.
He's a solid actor, has some of the funniest damn lines, and his character is, well, awesome.
I know, I know, I'm jumping on the NPH train a little bit later than the rest of you.
And Trev and I are really, really behind the times by just jumping on the HIMYM bandwagon.
So, if any of you are looking for a good TV show to watch. . . How I Met Your Mother is a great choice.
P.S. Can't wait for The Walking Dead to start on the 13th. We just finished the third season, and I can't freaking wait to see what happens next.
