Damn that thing called the flu

Remember how not even 24 hours ago in my last blog post I was talking about how everything was great?
Well, everything still is great...
except for the fact that I came home to my poor husband lying in front of our heater last night.
This picture was too funny not to take.
He had clicked it up to 80 degrees because he couldn't get warm.
I can't even lay in front of the heater when it's blasting 80 degree heat out.
Turns out that the flu shot that we both got last October covers all of the strains of flu except for one.
And Trevie unfortunately has it.
It was a constant up and down battle with the toilet all night, and neither of us got much sleep.
I got a feel for what my mom went through with us kids when we were sick.
"Tasha, my head hurts. Can you get me Tylenol?"
"Hey babe, I'm really dizzy, can you help me to the bathroom?"
"I can't get comfortable!"
"I'm so cold."
"I don't feel good."
I've also determined men are the biggest babies when they're sick.
Just kidding.
Kind of.
Love my husband, and hopefully this goes away fast!
