Friday, Saturday, and Sunday were spent rearranging the apartment and decorating for Christmas. It's our first married Christmas and it makes me have warm happy tinglies. Last Christmas we weren't married but we were about to get engaged. This Christmas we get to spend it together with my family and we don't have to be separated like last year. Anyway, Trev and I have had the living room arranged a certain way since we moved in in July, but we realized the arrangement wouldn't work for a Christmas tree. So, we rearranged the living room and we love it! Probably going to leave it arranged this way for a while, at least until we get bored with it. To celebrate our first Christmas together, we bought new ornaments for my tree because Trev didn't think my pink, purple, and blue ornaments were cool.
What a loser, right? ;) I do have to say that our new ornaments are a tad bit classier. I put garland up on top of the cupboards with lights, we put gel stickies on the front window, and our door has lights and three adorable penguins. We also got a lot of Christmas shopping done this weekend for our family members and for each other. Where would the world be without online shopping? I honestly love buying gifts for people, because it makes me happy to know the reaction I'll get out of them. For example, the gift that I bought for Trevor is going to blow his mind! The only thing about online shopping that kind of sucks is Trev and I are trying hard to be secretive about our presents for each other, but we share the same mailbox. ;) All in all, Christmas can't come fast enough!

P.S. Three of the cute prints in the photo collage come from
this blog. I'm literally obsessed with her, her talent, and her perfect little family. She is doing a 12 Days of Christmas on her blog, and the three prints were free and downloadable. The other print came from Pinterest. Thank heavens for Pinterest.
